3. Delivery & Availability
   All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if ingredients are not available or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers promptly in such cases. Delivery times are provided as estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.



4. Health & Safety
   We recommend that you consume all food products immediately after delivery. If immediate consumption is not possible, items should be refrigerated or stored in accordance with safe food handling practices. We are not liable for any illness, injury, or adverse reaction caused by improper storage, reheating or handling once the platter has been delivered.



5. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments must be made in full before delivery or as per the terms agreed upon at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or availability errors, even after an order has been placed, and may cancel the affected order without liability. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within a reasonable time.
